Lauren Harvey, QKA is the Operations Manager for TCG Administrators. Her responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations for TCG, implementing new products, technology and procedures to increase the overall productivity and efficiency of the Operations team. She is the in-house Relius Administration record keeping specialist, and also directs the three administration teams: Customer Service, Distributions, and Payroll Processing.
Lauren started at TCG as a member of the intern staff during her senior year at The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Communications. After graduation, she started in the distributions team, and six years later is now a part of the upper management team. Throughout her years at TCG, Lauren has gained experience in third party administration, record keeping, audits, and management development/team training.
In the past year, she has earned her Qualified 401(k) Administrator to further expand the knowledge for our growing 401(k) block of business. Lauren is currently pursuing the Qualified Pension Administrator designation.
