NEW PLAN FEATURES

Changes have arrived to your 457(b) account!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news regarding the growth and future of your RAMS 457(b) Retirement Plan. You’ve asked us for improvements, and we have listened. We’ve made some improvements you are going to like.

Starting April 1, 2019, you will receive premium access to FinPath, our financial literacy program designed to help empower you to make better financial decisions.

We have made significant system upgrades to our customer service department, incorporated stronger educational tools, and hired more personnel to accommodate your high expectations.

As part of our commitment to invest in each participant’s experience, we are adjusting our plan fees to more accurately reflect the value of the new services. This marks the first fee adjustment since 2002, even as mailing and operating costs have gone up over the years.

Starting March 1, 2019, 457(b) you will see the following changes:

• Advisory fee will be adjusted from 25bps to 42bps and the $150,000 cap will be removed
• The Administration fee will be adjusted from $18.50 to $22.00 per year
