New: Track Your Distribution Status

We’re excited to introduce our new Distribution Tracker widget designed to help you stay informed about your request every step of the way. Gone are the days you had to call and speak to an Agent to get an update on the status of your paperwork.

How it works is simple!
  1. Find your form, fill in the required details and gather applicable required documents
  2. Submit your form Distribution, Loan, or Rollover request directly on our website or by fax to 888-989-9247
  3. Once we process your paperwork, you’ll receive an email and text message notification with your unique Record ID
  4. When you’re ready for an update, access the Distribution Tracker and enter one of the following:
    1. Your Record ID, or
    2. Date of Birth and Last 4 of SSN
  5. You’re done! Come back and check as many times as you’d like throughout the process.

Note: It may take up to 5 business days for us to process your paperwork from the day you submitted it. The Distribution Tracker will not show a status until you have received an email or text message notification.

If it has been more than 5 business days from your submission date, please contact Customer Service at 800-943-9179 Monday through Friday, 8AM to 7PM CST.
