Meet Simon Miselis

Simon Miselis is a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager at TCG Group Holdings. He began his career in the financial services industry with Charles Schwab in 2011. He has worked with retirement plans that range from start-ups to $1 billion in plan assets. He has spent the past 8 years helping Plan Sponsors navigate ERISA compliance regulations. Simon joined TCG Administrators in May of 2019, after managing a team with Schwab.

Simon is responsible for the plan design and compliance oversight of clients’ retirement plans. He specializes in educating institutional clients on the regulatory environment. He works to maintain relationships with clients, participants, outside vendors, and financial representatives. His goal is to deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring that all expectations are met and exceeded.   

He has earned a Bachelor of Science from Kent State University with a specialization in Finance and Applied Mathematics. He currently holds Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), Qualified Pension Consultant (QPA) and Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.  He has passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I exam.
