As a Senior Wealth Advisor, Molly Coyle takes a true family office approach to wealth management—integrating financial planning, investment management, tax strategy, estate planning, and insurance solutions under one roof. With the support of HUB International’s expansive resources and a team of in-house specialists, she serves as a trusted guide for clients navigating complex financial decisions. Molly is passionate about simplifying her clients’ financial lives, helping them achieve long-term goals, and preserving wealth across generations. 

Before joining HUB, Molly worked at Morgan Stanley in Bethesda, Maryland, where she focused on Executive Financial Planning. There, she partnered with executives of Fortune 100 companies to integrate employee stock awards with comprehensive tax, estate, and financial planning strategies. At HUB, her goal is to deepen client relationships through holistic planning and to further support the firm’s Executive Financial Planning initiatives. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with minors in Leadership and Marketing from the College of Charleston’s School of Business. 

A proud Maryland native, Molly enjoys spending time with her loyal Labrador Retriever, Tessa. She loves exploring local culinary gems and passionately cheering on her hometown team, the Baltimore Ravens. Her warmth, dedication, and client-centered approach reflect her deep commitment to helping others thrive—both personally and financially.
