Background

Eric provided financial and instructional leadership during his fourteen years as a superintendent of districts enrolling up to 84,000 students. He now collaborates with schools in supporting staff members with customized retirement and financial wellness plans that improve employee financial success. He also leverages his understanding of the unique needs of superintendents in helping them develop and implement their own financial and retirement plans that financially empower them to live the lives they want. 

Eric is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who earned his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University, and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Boston University.
