Background

Melissa Kirk, QKA®, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at TCG, a HUB International company, where she plays a pivotal role in analyzing operational data to drive business strategies and optimize growth across all divisions. 

With a BS in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, Melissa’s journey with TCG began nearly two decades ago, evolving from an eight-employee shop into a sixty-employee operational unit. Leveraging technology and complex workflows, Melissa has contributed to the company’s growth while prioritizing a simplified experience for participants and plan sponsors.

Outside of her professional commitments, Melissa’s devotion to her four young children is paramount, as she embraces every developmental moment and stage of their lives. In her free time, she enjoys capturing precious moments with photography, while also maintaining a passion for football, baseball, and soccer.
