Background
Morgan Polson is an Account Manager/Retirement Plan Specialist overseeing the West Texas Region at TCG, a HUB International company; she provides financial planning guidance to educators and government employees. Morgan is responsible for assisting employees with open enrollment, educating employees through benefit fairs and retirement seminars, and developing relationships with new districts while maintaining established relationships with existing clients. Morgan’s goal at TCG is to ensure that every participant understands how their retirement plan options work together so that they can make well informed decisions that will set them up for future success.
Morgan graduated from Texas Tech University and is also a proud Collin College graduate. Before joining TCG, Morgan worked as a life insurance agent, a financial advisor in the private sector (where she waa Series 7/63 licensed), and as an Advisor Solutions Specialist (AE) with Trust & Will, focusing on making estate planning affordable and accessible for all.
Morgan currently lives in Lubbock, Texas with her husband, Greg, and their 7 year old Great Pyrenees, Ellie Grace. Morgan is passionate about her faith, family, friends, Red Raider athletics, Texas country music, financial literacy, disability inclusion advocacy, fostering/adopting (both kids and pets), and making an impact wherever she can.
